Clean water is a human right.
In Gaza, it's a luxury.
Our first desalination plant is installed and producing clean, safe drinking water in Gaza right now. Help us install the second - and keep the water delivery trucks running that carry it to families every single day.
97% of Gaza's water is unfit for human consumption
One plant running. One to go.
Aid For Mankind's first desalination plant in Gaza is installed and running today - taking contaminated or salt water and turning it into clean, safe drinking water using a reverse osmosis filtration system. We are now raising funds for the second plant, and for the repair and maintenance of the water delivery trucks that carry clean water to families who cannot reach the plants.
Each plant serves over 5,000 people daily - with both plants running and the trucks back on the road, more than 10,000 people will no longer have to choose between unsafe water or no water at all.
