Give Qurbani. Feed the Forgotten.
"And the camels and cattle We have appointed for you as among the symbols of Allah; for you therein is good. So mention the name of Allah upon them when lined up [for sacrifice]..."
Surah Al-Hajj, 22:36
Give Your Qurbani →A Sacred Sunnah. A Lifeline for Families.
While we gather with loved ones this Eid al-Adha, millions of families across Gaza, Yemen, Uganda, Pakistan and Bosnia face hunger, displacement and hardship. For many, your Qurbani is the only time they will eat fresh meat all year.
Aid For Mankind carries out your Qurbani on the blessed days of Eid al-Adha, following the example of Prophet Ibrahim (AS). Animals are sourced locally, sacrificed in line with Islamic guidelines, and meat is distributed fresh to widows, orphans and vulnerable families in each country.
Your sacrifice is more than a donation. It is worship. It is dignity. It is a full meal on a table that might otherwise stay empty.

Qurbani FAQs
Yes. Animals are sourced locally in each country, checked to meet the required health and age standards, and sacrificed in line with Islamic guidelines on the days of Eid al-Adha after Eid prayer. Our local partners carry out the sacrifice in accordance with Sunnah.
Qurbani meat is distributed during the days of Eid al-Adha (10th, 11th and 12th of Dhul Hijjah). Meat is given fresh to widows, orphans and vulnerable families in the country you have chosen: Gaza, Yemen, Uganda, Pakistan or Bosnia.
Qurbani is required from every adult Muslim who meets the nisab threshold (the same threshold used for Zakat). One Qurbani (one share of a cow or one small animal) is required per eligible person. If you are unsure, speak to your local imam or scholar.
Prices reflect the local cost of livestock in each country. Gaza prices are higher because of severely restricted access, import challenges, and the cost of getting animals safely to distribution points. Uganda and Pakistan are lower because livestock is more readily available locally.
After Eid al-Adha, we share updates on our social media and News & Events page including photos and videos of distributions. You will also receive a confirmation email when your donation is processed. Individual Qurbani certificates are not possible at scale, but the wider impact is fully documented.
Yes. You can give Qurbani on behalf of a deceased loved one, a parent, or anyone else. Simply complete one Qurbani per person you are giving on behalf of. You can also give a Prophetic Qurbani alongside your own as an additional act of worship.
Give your Qurbani as early as possible. This helps our teams plan logistics, source animals responsibly, and reach remote communities in time for Eid. The final deadline is before the end of the 12th of Dhul Hijjah (approximately 29 May 2026, but please check the Islamic calendar closer to the date).
